DECEMBER CLOSURE: SHIPMENTS UNTIL 10/12 INCLUDED - SHIPMENTS WILL RESUME ON MONDAY, JANUARY 4, 2021

DELIVERY

Concerning the titles that are in stock : for any order placed before 12 :00 AM a working day, your package will be shipped the same day. If you place your order after that time, you order will be shipped during the next working day.
  • Concerning the titles that are not in stock and that we need to order from the publisher : your order will be shipped as soon as we will have received the delivery from the publisher.
All our shipments are sent by the post with a tracking number, by « Lettre Suivie » for the smallest ones or by « Colissimo » for bigger packages.


YOUR ORDER CONTAINS VARIOUS TITLES WITH DIFFERENT DELIVERY DELAYS

If you ordered several items with different availabilities (some are « in stock » and some other ones are « on order »), we gather everything in order to deal only with one shipment if the delay for receiving the « available on order » items is not more than one week. This delay remains of course adjustable according to the urgency of your order, please do not hesitate to notify us.

If the delay from the publisher is too long for some products among those you ordered (mainly by foreign publishers), we keep you informed and are able to ship the items separately without any further cost.


TAKE AWAY FROM OUR PARISIAN SHOWROOM

  • If the item is in stock at our shop, its availability is indicated on its page with the « In Stock » mention. You may choose to book the item online first and to come then to our showroom, 56 rue Lepic in Paris.
  • If the item is not in stock, please leave your contact and click on « Notify me when available ». An email will be sent to you as soon as we will have received the item from the publisher. The item is automatically booked for you. If you ordered several items that are not in stock, you will receive an email for each one.


RETURNS AND REIMBURSEMENT OF ORDERED ITEMS


RETURNS TERMS

You are allowed to ship a package back during 14 days after receipt of your order. In case of your own withdrawal, products returned must absolutely be in the same state than when you received them, in order to be able to be back for purchase. Without that condition, we will not proceed with any reimbursement. You must take postage costs at your charge. The reimbursed amount will be equal to the prices of all back-shipped products. In case of damaged products, or products with potential mistakes in the music, please feel free to contact us, a new product will be proposed to you without any further cost.


HOW YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED

  • If you payed by credit card or by PayPal : the amount corresponding to the titles you shipped back will be directly reimbursed on your credit card or on your PayPal account, within 15 days from the date when we will have received the package at our shop.
  • If you payed by check : we will send a check corresponding to the reimbursed amount to your delivery address, within 15 days after the receipt of your package at our shop.
